Typing Blueberry is a personal website template for writers, designed to be a starting point for those who want to have their own space online to hold their work, philosophy, posts...
It's designed to be flexible and customizable, but without it becoming a never-ending project with endless refining. Designed to launch, so you can start sharing.
Who is it for?
People who want to share their work, and want their own online home for it, without starting from zero or investing in a fully custom site. Someone looking for a website they love, where they can share their work and start inhabiting their online space. This template is for people who want to maintain a site without headaches when updating it, so they can focus on what's most important: its content.
It's made with writers in mind, but its flexibility allows for anyone else to use it. The layouts might be built for writers, but they're just layouts. The content is what makes it yours.
What's included
Pages: The template has a home page, about, services, book, journal (or blog) and its tags, and a contact page. All pages are fully responsive, so they adapt to any screen size.
Additionally, it includes a few alternative/additional sections that didn't make the cut, which you can add to the existing pages.
Icons: The handmade icons are included in the Framer template, the full set with additional icons is also included as PNGs to be used freely on the website.
Resources: Buying the template gets you access to a growing resource library. The library has tutorials on how to edit this and future templates, plus other tips around using Framer. I'm also building resources on how to end up with a website you're proud of.
A note on launching
If you get this template, don't spend two months trying to get it "perfect" because that only stops you from actually publishing it. Think of your website not as a finished product, but as a place you inhabit and that grows with you. Customize the basics, put your work into it, and share it with the world. It can evolve once it's out there.
