Can we create sustainable routines without rigid structures?
This routine menu zine has helped me by giving me a nudge with daily routines while allowing flexibility in my days. It's an 8-page zine with 4 routines and 2 break menus, designed to be kept at hand to check in and follow through with habits I might otherwise forget about.
This kit is for you to create your own routine menu. It includes:
— A guide to help you create your routine menus.
— A template of my design in Affinity format (only in the full kit option).
— A PDF of my design for reference (only in the full kit option).
Make it a fun weekend project that leaves you with a useful tool!
Estimated time: 1.5-3h
The fonts used in my design aren't included in the template, but the guide provides links to download the fonts (all free). My zine (the one pictured) does have some paid fonts, but I've modified the file to have only free ones (very close ones, see last image).
The design template is an Affinity file. Unless you want to change the design significantly, editing it should be pretty simple, especially if you've used Adobe Illustrator or InDesign before. Affinity is free and you can download it here.
