In the post about my routine menu zine, I mentioned that I also made another zine that's a "low mood kit". I've wanted to share about this for a while, but I kept putting it off, probably because I don't looove it, and part of me wanted to redo it before sharing it. But now I've decided to share it anyway, in its current state, because if I don't do it now, I'll keep putting it off and end up never sharing it!

But since I don't want to redo it any time soon, I might as well share it anyway.

The idea for the zine is to give options for different feelings. The first spread is dedicated to the steps to take when being in a low mood, and the other two are the different options depending on the feeling.

If feeling anxious, sad or angry:

If feeling demotivated or uninspired (b); or tired or exhausted (c).

If you make your own version, I'd love to see the result!

I might scan it and make it downloadable for free so you can print it and have it too. If I do, the best way to find out is by subscribing to letters of nabiu.
